This June 22, 2011, the pupils from the Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti will perform the man's great works in music. The program will start at 7:30PM with an exhibit entitled "Remember Pavarotti". Born in Moderna, Italy, Luciano Pavarotti gained his first musical experiences with his city's chorus, of which his father, Fernando, was a member. The teenage Pavarotti and his father travelled with the "Chorus Rossini" to Wales, and went on to win first prize in the Llangollen international singing competition. This experience fired the young Pavarotti's ambitions for life as a tenor.

Fondazione Teatro Comunale in Modena was founded in 2001 to manage the municipal theater, now called the Maestro Luciano Pavarotti.
The Foundation, which has the theater on the basis of an agreement with the Municipality of Modena, in particular by the creation of the seasons of concert music, opera, dance and other forms of musical theater, also in collaboration with other institutions theater.
